The arrangement of repair and maintenance of vehicles fleet (40 vehicles), identifying workshops for minor and major repairs and prepare guidelines for drivers on maintenance of vehicles, purchase, call quotation and prepare comparative statement etc were routine program exercises.
3. Responsible for report writing like mission report, quarterly and annual reports, needs assessment report and assessment report and maintaining data spread sheets/documentation of all relevant activities etc.
