Primarily responsible for providing support in functional areas of our human resources department including recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee relations, job evaluation, compensation management, employee’s performance appraisal, benefits administration and training.
Key Responsibility & Duties:-
• Carrying out recruitment and selection cycle and assisting HOD in all the activities.
• Carrying out induction activities; orientation, site visit, induction form signing and
• Assist HOD in performance evaluation system upon confirmation, annually and as required.
• Assisting HOD in administration of Comp & Ben and retention activities.
• Assisting HOD in employee relations function.
• Assisting HOD in disciplinary process activities.
. Assist Head of HR to develop a recruitment and selection plan to attract and maintain a well-qualified, diverse applicant pool.
Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.
Plan and conduct orientation, training and development of employees.
Update competencies and skill level charts of all employees.
Identify staff development and training needs and recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses based on TNA.
Conducts training sessions, workshops, conferences, and seminars when required.
Performance Management and Improvement System.
Monitoring of Performance Appraisals including mid year reviews.
Organise monthly Employee of the month
• Carrying out separation procedure and exit interviews.
• Effective coordination and communication with Managers
• Timely Updation of Employees Database including staff details, attendance and overtime
• Health benefit coordination with Pak-Qatr Takaful. Manage staff health insurance such as liaising with insurance company, processing staff medical claims etc

• Documentation & Updating Personnel files and maintaining staff personnel files in a confidential manner, and ensure that all personnel files are complete.
• Foster and facilitate the development of cooperative professional relations between and among staff at all levels
• Development and maintenance of employee database management system
• Manage the recruitment and selection of new employees for various departments
• Implementation and Monitoring of ISO 9001-2008 QMS (Quality Management System)
• Development of SOP’s of various departments and Policy-making
• Development of Job Descriptions for various roles
• Performance appraisal of the employees
• Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices
• Suggest preventive actions to prevent technical errors and hazards
• Monitor business and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits & SOPs
• Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary
• Accomplishment of staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
• Providing supplies by identifying needs for reception, switchboard, mailroom, and kitchen; establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules.
• Monitor and maintain the Productivity of Operational Staff in specific and related staff in general
