Operations Manager ( March 2014 To April 2016)
Stitch & Wear, A Textiles, Uniforms and Readymade garments manufacturers and traders based in Karachi Pakistan. Their main focus is to provide Uniforms to education sector, hospitality. Security, airline, corporate and transport sector etc within Pakistan and overseas as well.
Responsibilities as Operation In charge:
• Overall management of production operations including pre-production management.
• Conduct pre-production meeting to determine order/quantity allocations and order/delivery requirements.
• Monitor actual production output on a day to day basis and work within the production lead-time allocated for each style running in the production line and take necessary actions to prevent failure in meeting the delivery schedule.
• Resolve day to day production issues to meet daily/monthly production targets
• Heading team of merchandisers,Purchaser,Designers,Cutting & Pattern Masters, Machine operators,Mechanics,Finishers,packers etc.
