RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identified and developed vendors (local and international) for sourcing of ingredients, machineries, spares, and equipments for the plant
• Planned and executed all the purchasing of machineries (primary and Further processing), weighing and packaging machineries, spare parts, functional and non-functional ingredients (Local and Imported).
• worked with international and local consultants for product and packaging development, vendor and machine selection.
• Liaison with R&D and QA team to identify right ingredients and their suppliers to ensure quality, taste and target costs.
• Liaison with maintenance team and machine manufacturer for the overhauling of used machineries.
• Sourcing of sausage and mortadella casing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for keeping costs under control by minimizing shrinkage and spoilage of meat and by ensuring that inventory is not stolen, destroyed, or counted incorrectly.
• Weekly/monthly inventory valuation report in Excel which shows the overall performance of company.
• Designed training programmes based on both the organization’s and the individual\'s needs,
• Daily reporting to Manager Operations & Chief Financial Officer of all activities of the preceding day related to inventory, pilferage, wastage, & shrinkage.

• Planned and supervised two Complete asset valuation projects.

• Assisted in the Launch of Khaas Meat in 2014 with a network of 18 outlets in Karachi and Lahore region.
