Currently, I am engaged with one of the subsidiary of Dawood Group i.e. Dawood Family Takaful Limited (an Islamic Insurance Company) and here i set up the entire HR system which is currently need more to be developed, have introduced a smooth payroll cycle along with confidential coding system, Introduced performance appraisal, bonus system, provident fund payment, along with Income Tax system.
