·      Re-vamped the settlement of community in the new village, swiftly shifted families, ensured community engagements and negotiation day by day and look after to the all community issues regarding resettlement.
·      Managed grievance redressal register and follow-ups also facilitated all departments (i.e Land, education, health, HSE and others) whenever assigned task by Manager and contribution to promote the various events
·      Managed visits, planning coordination and facilitation to the different visitor groups at all project sites as well as led the field and coordinate with line Manager with regards to issues relating to relations with communities.
