 Pre campaign, clearly defined maps at district /zone /and UC level
 Proper selection of team, Inclusion of females
 Team member to be familiar with the local language culture
 Effective utilization of fixed sites (at least one per UC and major transit points /markets), locally appropriate plans for ensuring coverage of missed children.
 Ensure effective training and monitoring, facilitate training for area –in-charges and team workers, mobilize community leaders, parents, religious leaders ( jumma prayer / mosque announcements etc)
 Briefing Nazims and District Nazims on social issues, use of car mounted mega –phones, ensure availability of essential resources, vehicles –seek support of the District Nazim and DCO,NGOs and other partners
