key Responsibilities
1)To prepare different chemical used for testing
2)GLP ,QA,QC
3)To assure that all chemicals are labelled correctly
4)To check accuracy of all chemicals prepared for different test
5)To check the quality input of material
6)To take accurate sample of products, during production and finished products,for analysis
7)To preserve sample in good manner under good hygienic conditions for future references
8)To control the inventory level of chemicals, glaseware ,equipments and utensils.
9)To asure the cleaning of lab and lab equipments
10)To help the production team in making a giod quality product by giving tgem accurate results in quick possible time
11)To share accurate results in quick possible time Confirmation of any doubtful results.
12)Timely declare results and decision in SAP for further proceedings.
13)Repeating of analysis in case any variation is observed and perform random verifications through spot samples.
14)Ensuring availability of all the required solutions/chemicals.
15) Documentation, Data Analysis and Record Activities
16)Maintain accurate laboratory records manual/SAP for compliance
17)Maintain calibration records in shift and whenever required to meet planned requirements
18)Maintain sufficient stock of chemicals and supplies to perform lab experiments.
