§ Office Operations- Responsible for repair & maintenance of furniture & fixture, water filtration plant, and electric equipment including UPS, lift, CCTV cameras, and generator set, etc.
§ Supervision -Supervising and managing Janitorial staff, office attendants, security guards, plumbers, and electricians.
§ Cafe Management – Ensure the availability of quality food.
§ Building Cleanliness- Ensure general office and building cleanliness to make the environment healthy and comfortable.
§ Building Maintenance- Responsible for the renovation of offices to meet the growing demands of university staff.
§ Petty Cash Management- Responsible for preparing, managing, and maintaining petty cash requirements on a monthly basis to provide 24/7 business continuity.
§ Boarding & lodging- Responsible for finding, and onboarding new hotels at the best corporate rates, liaising for room reservations, boarding, and lodging, bill processing, and food arrangements.
§ Event Management- Provide support in arranging university events including training, seminars, workshops, and convocations.
§ Procurement of university- Ensure procure the required high-quality equipment and materials with the help of an officer.
§ Store Inventory Management – Manage the inventory of janitorial and stationary items to ensure that the necessary items are available all the time.
• Talent Acquisition: Job posting, CV screaming & shortlisting, Interview scheduling, hiring & joining documentation.
• Learning & Development: Training Calendar based on TNA, execution of training (soft skills, Technical skills & session). Evaluation of training based on feedback. Data management of all training.
• Employee Engagement: Planning & execution of employee engagement activities on a per engagement calendar yearly basis.
• HR Operations: Employee’s personal files, Appointment letters, exit process, final settlements, Medical & Health, etc.
• Performance appraisal: Launch of performance appraisal, execution of performance appraisal cycle (sessions, weekly reporting of appraisal status, strong follow-ups of appraisal & objective setting for timely completion.)
