working experience as a Research Associate (Dec-2018 to April-2019) at Aga Khan University Hospital Karachi, 6 months experience at Medical Emergency Resilience Foundation (MERF) as a Healthcare waste management officer, 14 months with Hayaat Foundation as a Project Manager , almost 3 years with 24-7 People Luton, United Kingdom as a Professional Health Carer & 4-years volunteer work experience at Aga Khan Youth and Sports Board for Sindh as a Motivational Trainer & Project manager (Youth Empowerment).
• Assist in overall data management activities, organizing data entry, analysis and generating reports.
• Conducting spot checks at the survey field site to ensure accuracy.
• Responsible for data storage and ensuring appropriate backups of all project related documents.
• Assisting the project management team in data analysis.
• Visit field site to for identifying problems and training needs in data collection.
• Ensure data quality, run quality checks and liaise with data collection team for data recollection.
• Managing tables that will be used for data collection and maintain the dashboard.
To provide support primary health care consultations and during outreach activities like pharmacy, health promotions and vaccination.
• Consulting with health facilities such as THQ, RHCs about waste management issues, identifying requirements and providing appropriate solutions.
• Plan for mitigation of adverse environmental and social impacts arising from reconstruction of damaged health facilities.
• Plan the redressal of problem of hospital wastes arising from project waste & health care facilities.
• Train the waste handling staff regarding safe disposal and provision of related equipment’s for service delivery.
• Formulating and controlling the budget for waste disposal.
• Develop a program plan, ensure its smooth implementation, and manage the team’s performance of project tasks and activities that may include, but are not limited to:
o Hygiene promotion and education.
o Creation and training of management structures.
o Carrying out of assessments and post-implementation monitoring.
• Manage the program budget through the passing of timely orders, the preparation of monthly forecasts and the monitoring of expenditure.
• Track the progress of activities, ensure the collecting of program indicators and provide on-time internal status reports and external donor reports.
• Identify and monitor risks, constraints or escalating issues, and inform the hierarchy accordingly.
• Ensure that all data and information is updated, well organized and easily accessible; and that lessons learnt and best practice are capitalized.
• Analyze and report on the evolving humanitarian needs and provide clear recommendations for interventions.
