Intern as Food Safety Officer
At the esteemed Ramada by Wyndham hotel, I held the critical role of Food Safety Officer. During my tenure, I was entrusted with overseeing and ensuring the stringent food safety standards and practices of the hotel. Collaborating closely with the culinary and service teams, I played a pivotal role in risk assessment, hazard analysis, and in ensuring the hotel\'s food offerings consistently met regulatory and internal safety benchmarks. My position necessitated a keen eye for detail, unwavering commitment to public health, and the ability to educate and mentor staff on best practices, solidifying the hotel\'s reputation for excellence in food safety.
