CURRENT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
General Ledger & Final Accounts & Accounts Payable & Disbursement
• Supervision of Integration process from Business System to General Ledger (ERP).
• Supervision of Integration process from Business System to Accounts Receivable module (ERP).
• Reconciliation of Premium Income with CSD and Actuary’s reports and prepare and present monthly premium income summary to Section Head.
• Reconciliation of Claim expenses with CSD Reports and prepares and present monthly claim expense summary to Section Head.
• Booking and Reconciliation of Policy Stamps.
• Monthly closing Journal Vouchers and Adjusting entries.
• Maintain and provide timely and accurate reconciliation of various general ledger accounts.
• Manage Bank Book, Bank Reconciliation and bank’s related matters.
• Prepare payments to parties through Standard Chartered Straight2Bank system.
• Responsible for checking and posting of all type of entries in General Ledger.
• Audit Coordination.
