I have acquired bachelor degree in Business Administration with Human
Resource specialization, looking to secure a challenging position in a reputable
organization to expand my learning and continue to develop as a well-rounded
HR manager.
My internship at WnsField Pharmaceuticals Company also afforded me with the crucial skills to work with some of the best professionals in the recruitment and human resources industry. During the course of my 2 months internship, I developed enthusiasm and passion for human resources.
The internship gave me an excellent opportunity to gain new skills, especially when it comes to working and communicating with people from different countries and cultures, utilizes communication skills successfully, practices safe work habits, creates and maintains productive working relationships follows instructions, attains specific job-related skills, and gains practical experience.
· Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for Managerial & Non-managerial roles at different levels in accordance with Job Requisitions, Approved organogram, JDs & HR budget.
· Responsible for a job advertisement to generate an e-pool of candidates, shortlist & share with relevant stakeholders for review and feedback.
· Conduct first-level shortlisting with candidates by talking to them and ascertaining their suitability in terms of the organization’s terms of employment, communication levels, and alignment of their experience to the Job description for the position in consideration.
· Manage and administer all pre-employment and post-employment assessments to prospective candidates.
· Facilitate new joiners in Onboarding & deliver company orientation.
· Maintain employee information database & report as and when required.
· Draft Job Descriptions for existing as well as new positions in accordance with Organogram.
· Manage all HR-related aspects of the employees, i.e., leaves, appraisals, exit interviews, attendance, etc.
· Responsible for managing payroll-supporting data like attendance sheets. Prepare monthly reports for Joiners & leavers, and report attendance for payroll.
· Responsible for processing the final settlement.
· Provide HR support to other office entities located across Pakistan.
· Any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
