* Assists the HR Recruiter with recruiting and the on boarding process.
* Maintain month-wise record for all employees, including personal and job-related information.
* Monitor and manage the confirmation process for employees after their probationary period.
* Create and maintain individual files for Active and left employees.
* Develop and update employee rosters and profiles for accurate staffing Management.
* Administer employee loan programs, including application, approval, and disbursement.
* Compile and share daily attendance records with relevant departments.
Verify and reconcile attendance data, addressing discrepancies.
* Maintain records for employees who have been transferred between departments or locations.
* Participate in the hiring process for non- management positions, including conducting interviews, and short listing candidates.
* Generate various HR reports including absence reports, late attendance reports, and other as needed.
* Manage and respond to daily Emails, related to gate access control, leave records and other employee-related matters.
* Maintain monthly leave records and apply leave reductions in the payroll system based on available leave balances
* Handle arrears calculation, monthly advance disbursement, and unpaid advance recovery.
* Collect employee details required for bank account opening and coordinate with bank representatives.
* Address employee concerns and listen to their issues.
* Handle HR matters such as termination, warnings and appointment / confirmation letters.
* Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contacts.
* Assist with governmental or private website (EOBI, Health insurance and life insurance.
