Ensure routine maintenance of the plant during the shift.
Shift Manager
Control all production operations to ensure objectives are met efficiently & effectively.
Inspection & checking of installed Machines and equipments. Also ensure their compliance with operational and safety standards.
Ensure Compliance with Safety, Food safety, HACCP and ISO standards.
Working with Engineering and Maintenance Departments To Facilitate Plant Maintenance.
Reporting process issues to production Management & Engineering.
Ensure that Finished Product meets all the customer specifications.
