I being a business student special interest in marketing in which I have (3) experience in the (particular marketing companies) both indoor & outdoor. I have a great research of local level & professional markets both in which I continuously work as a (Business development officer) on the concept of (B2B & B2C both marketing) through e-commerce (social platforms). I also had an experience of digital marketing on (Facebook & Instagram etc) through ads running. My desire is to become (Marketing Manager), for this purpose, I need those organisation who can groom my these skills with professionally in which I could have an option of better future growing.
Experience as a employee at Lucian preferred.com is good but not completely satisfied. Because of less market strategies for the growth of business, however they are working according to their(China) work module. Although we already said to them that Pakistan's market & American market based on practical work/not on book concept. Business always need to put money to work in the market at it's initial steps for the specific time period. After that you would be able to get revenue. But their working strategies are anti-market. They are getting money from sellers (shop owners) at the initial stage as a VIP registration fee. However, they are not giving them a chance to experience of working. That's the main reason, therefore I left this company. Although they're selling their own Chinese products, not giving priority to shop owners own businesses & their rates are not compatible. Most of the shops & traders go to hall road market & Shalam market for purchasing & others are purchasing from daraz & some other online platforms because their rates are standardized & cheap market needs. However Lucian preferred have no proper warehouse for the storage of products & in the result, the orders taking time with 15 to 20 days with double amount of the given product (sloting fee, delivery charges, custom clearance as a RMB the measurement in weight goes too high.) Than how they can servive in the market. Whereas the overall experience as a Business Development Manager was so good with the ever learning environment they have. All the departments HR, sales & marketing, customer services, supply chain management team, content creating, designing & office administration department both were so good, cooperative, supportive & learning. In the mean while, we got so many incentives & bonuses for good motivation during the tenure we had there. The most unique learned managerial skill was CRM (customer relationship management) to decrease the work time & multi tasks in a one frame.
I spent a great time at this company. Because they cares about their employees through gave them good incentives+Bonuses with our basic salaries. The environment of this company was so good due to the working staff they have. All my seniors & juniors were so good. All the working areas were so good, whereas their branches (k&N's chicken store) & the (TPR) departmental store jobs. Specially the healthy way to manufacturing chicken food items (snacks like, chicken nuggets). Our company, is the best frozen foods manufacturing company in Pakistan.
