Examined all 3 departments and conducted a Time study to analyze the problem that was decreasing the productivity of the company.
Reduced Work-In-Process (WIP) Inventory level in all departments of men’s section Cutting 40.9%, Sewing 40%, and Finishing 50.9%.
Optimized the manpower in Cutting 32.7%, Sewing 28.3%, Finishing (a) 21.3%, and through 2nd approach (b) 50.9%.

Reviewed the manufacturing process from raw material to finished product.
Conducted a time study in the continuous casting process and developed suggestions to improve the process as a member of a five-person team.
