My core responsiblities are as under.
1. Make monthly production plan with the help of production and sales to achieve quarterly and yearly targets.
2. Control over aging of CKD & 3rd source and make improvement plans to reduce overage material.
3. Arrange imported material (CKD & 3rd Source) to achieve daily, weekly and monthly production targets.
4. Make monthly production analysis and gap reports.
5. Ensure Production Targets as per agreed production plan Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly basis.
6. Make the necessary arrangements for material with the help of Inventory.
7. To prepare import material requirement for next month as per OPSI.
8. To provide a production plan analysis based on planned producible kits.
9. To follow imported materials on daily basis with commercial dept.
10. To participate actively in material management systems for improvement.
11. To prepare production efficiency & gap report (Target vs Actual) on daily basis.
12. Ensure CKD order weekly shipment planning to execute weekly targets given by the sales team.
13. Hands on experience in SAP PP Module.
14. Engaged in Production Planning and Material Control department where I am performing the following activities
