o   Regularly assist the Executive Engineer & Assistant Engineer in operation and maintenance of all (Total 117 plants) Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Ultra filtration (UF) plants of different capacities ranging from 5000 GPD to 300000 GPD that are installed at different locations of district Jamshoro on different source of energy i.e Solar, Electricity and diesel generator. Evaluates and recommends the most economical solutions to several problems that arise during work in operation and maintenance.
o   Responsible for initial survey in determining the feasibility of the project and supervising the execution of the on-going works on regular basis for satisfactory completion.
o   Responsible for designing of bore according to the requirement, designing of pumping machinery according to the requirement, designing of the RO plants system and designing of the electrical and solar system accessories according to the requirement.
o   Expert in preparing the PC-I and then detailed working estimate of all types of RO plants on solar system, designing of RO plants, solar system, and responsible for preparing the outlines for framing the reports, layout plans before approval of final design.
o   Technical management and support to technicians, vendors and sub-contractor during operation and maintenance of RO plants regarding any power issue, analysis of power system, operational performance including the feasibility studies, reliability and risk analysis.
o   Regularly assist and support the Executive Engineer and Assistant Engineer in giving engineering support in execution of plans, drawings, design and finalize projects according to specification, strict deadlines, within the budget and execution of electrical and mechanical works under the program site and ensure appropriate levels controls over the project’s resources and site operations.

Preparing specification, bills of quantities and other contracts documents and execution of all new works regarding installation of RO/ UF plants scheme, Electrical/ Mechanical installation, tools, plants, etc. and interpreting designs and perform all engineering calculations, examine specifications, expedite E&M engineering changes, prioritizing overall project management and ensure successful execution of tasks with effective utilization of resources at sites.
Supervising the site infrastructure by visiting sites daily to assess performance and ensure delivery of program implementation, instructions and maintaining measurement book for all components of specific project and prepare and submit technical progress report to Project Management Unit (PMU) and Chief Engineer through Executive Engineer Public Health Engineering.
Responsible for managing more than 100 employees (Operators, security guards and technical team members), preparation and disbursement of their salaries, their training and development at individual levels.

o   Plan and develop an Operation and Maintenance (O&M) program which includes coordinated oversight of O&M activities, quarterly performance reports and site- documentation for clients and internal use, remote monitoring of the plants and conferring with customer and service partners to resolve complaints and to resolve arising challenges.
o   Responsible for creation of project Execution plan, activity list, progress report, Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports, scheduling of activities and coordination with client, vendors and contractors.
o   Installation of RO (15000GPD) and UF (35000GPD) plants at different sites.
o   Conversion of the RO Plants from Wapda power to Independent Solar system.
o   Maintenance & Supervision of project on solar, Installation of solar panels, Monitor safety programs, Management and Documentations of all the records of RO Water Filtration plants.
o   Coordination with commissioning team and to satisfy their queries during pre-commissioning activities.
o   Supervision and control of more than twenty-five sites.     
o   Managing and controlling of more than thirty peoples along with the technical team.       

o Responsible for operation and maintenance of all the equipment installed at the gas treatment plant i.e Gas and diesel generators, circulation pump, boster pump, reflux pump, fire water jockey pump, transmitter, temperature sensing devices like RTD and thermocouple, pressure and temperature gauges, pressure, level and temperature switches, instrument and air compressors etc.
o Daily checklist of all the instruments and electrical equipments installed at the Plant.
o Maintain Material Issuance Requisition and Material Inspection Reports.
o Maintain Daily, Weekly and monthly Progress Reports.
o Responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance.
o To deal with warehouse & workshop regarding material and making material issuance requisition.
o Having good gripe in trouble shooting of power plant as Electrical queries are concerned
