Production Supervisor
1. Accountable for elevating productivity, quality, safety, and yield via the utilization of lean manufacturing techniques and continual improvement strategies.
2. Supervise a ground team, overseeing their daily duties and contributing to their personal growth and development.
3. Agreeing upon monthly production plan and specific deliverable dates with the planning team.

EHS Project Trainee
• Oversaw a key safety KPI: BSO (Behavior Safety Observation).
• Conducted risk assessments and hazard analyses for major departmental operations.
• Oversaw consistent action tracking and coordination with department owners to ensure action closure.
