Ensuring compliance of mandatory credit and lender policy are in place.
Deciding and calculating the credit limits and DDA rates based on requested limit and salary of applicant.
Performing system checks such as restricted list, World Check, DNRD, and company CIF.
Capturing liabilities of applicant form other banks with FTS or Process id provided.
Pulling out Al Etihad Credit bureau (AECB) and capturing the liabilities as per the Credit Card Scheme selections.
To ensure daily MIS is maintained and forwarded to team Leader/Manager.

Interact with ATM In-charge for replenishing the notes in ATM machine on daily basis, ensure balancing is made daily. Perform physical checking of notes being kept in ATM.

Receiving cash form customers for deposit in the accounts and Preparation of transfer instruments i.e. PO/DD/TT/CDR etc.
Resolve problem or discrepancies concerns customers, accounts. Monitor bank vaults to ensure cash balance are correct.
Maintaining monthly, weekly, and daily reports of transaction.
