Responsible to comply with International McDonalds Audits DQMP and SWA
Regular Delivery Operations: Responsible for all operational level planning of stock movements for McDonald\'s, Venus Distributors and Third Parties nationwide.
Controlled Temperature Movements: Ensuring timely delivery to all Restaurants and also frozen product is stored at required Minus 22 temperature. Also ensure that all specified procedures are followed to avoid temperature abuse during storage and transfers.
Inventory Control: Controlling Pakistan Inventory program of McDonald\'s.
Pakistan Inventory McDonald’s: Maintaining Pakistan inventory report as per products shelf life / code date that helps McDonalds Pakistan for placing new orders Local & Imports.
Planning of Intercity Transfers of stock: Involved in planning, implementing & controlling the physical flow of goods at final destinations in the desired time and at lowest possible cost.
Tracking of Vehicles: Responsible for movement of vehicles from Karachi to all over Pakistan, including tracking and deliveries.
Stock Analysis Stock analysis to ensure product should not stock out, expire or exceed from the requirement.
Warehousing: Directly monitor the compliance of FIFO from stores staff.
Carry out Physical stock count to ensure all inventory protocols for reporting McDonald\'s Pakistan
Monitoring and arrangements of Transportation for McDonald\'s from Ports and empty containers (Carrying the containers Reefer and Dry form Various Ports and empty return in due time line)
Reefer Container Operations: Monitoring of Genset/ Reefer Operators relating all operational activities.

• Introduce New Customers: To find and introduce new customers to company while maintaining working customers sales graph.
• Sales and Customer Services : To sell Japanese used cars by stock as well as from Japanese Auction to customers and provide complete solution to customer for all complaints
• Customer Accounts Handling: To allocate all payments into customer’s account.
• Shipment Arrangements (Export from Japan): To arrange all cars shipments from Japan and try to meet the ETA preferred by customers.
• Follow Up and Recovery: Taking complete follow ups for the payments with customers for current and old payments. Also keep in touch with new customers to break sales.
• Japanese Auction : complete knowledge of Japanese vehicles Auction
• Sales Target: Putting hard efforts and always try something out of the box to
achieve monthly target assigned by company

• Order Entry: Verify completeness of order and enter orders in timely; monitor order blocks (legal or credit); Communicate with subsidiaries/customers by sending order acknowledgements
• Shipment Creation: Work with 3rd party logistics providers to plan logistic options.
• Custom Clearance: By Air and by Sea Custom clearance complete knowledge of documentation and procedure.
• On-Time Delivery: Coordinate with manufacturing sites, ocean carriers and our customers to achieve and improve on time delivery to the customers
• Lead Time Compliance: Work proactively with subsidiaries/customers to enter orders following the standard lead time guidelines and work through the exception process as needed
• Low-Cost Initiatives: Actively pursue low-cost analysis and options.
• Provide quotations to our customers and make government / private tender as per requirement
