To monitor ongoing construction activities of construction contractors as per approved Work plan by PMU consultants and Review design consultants’ drawings and integrate in project.
• To coordinate with SQAE and record his findings for each activity in the check list form during various construction stages of drains, oxidation ponds, pumping stations, Grit chambers and sewerage treatment plant etc. • To maintain record that general discipline such as the curing and protection of fresh concrete, the provision for traffic through the site and safe working conditions are maintained at all times. • To ensure that all necessary recording of field information with respect to its quality have been carried out in accordance with the guidelines laid down in the various standard methods and procedures duly referred in TPM’s Quality Assurance Plan.• To check all the pre-concreting activities like suitability and firmness of the formwork and placing of reinforcement.• To check the procurement of equipment carefully.
