1. Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
2. Monitoring and analyzing accounting data, and producing financial reports or statements.
3. Establish and maintain fiscal files, monthly payments, and financial records
My responsibilities consist of the following:
1. Receiving and updating quarterly Utilization reports from 149 HEIs of current Financial year.
2. Data entry of enrollment of 96 Universities/ Institutions for annual allocation of recurring grant.
3. Compiling data of additional grant requested by HEIs during the Financial Year.
4. Compiling Monthly data of sanction and reconciliation statement to be submitted to Finance Division, Government of Pakistan and AGPR.
5. Compiling data of 154 HEIs for Budget assessment meeting conducted by joint review committee in all regional centers of HEC.
6. Any other tasks assigned by the authorities.
