Regularly review customer complaints and it's resolution.
Acquisition of new customers.
Activation of dormant accounts.
Responsible to follow ABPL & SBP AML / CFT Policy, while opening of accounts.
Executing marketing activates to increase volumes and building relationship .
Ensure compliance with guideline specified by regulatory (Internal & External) authorities as well as SOPs.
Ensure strictly follow-up KYC & AML specified for Finca Microfinance Bank.
To undertake any other duties as required by the FINCA Microfinance Bank.
