Production Manager (Creative and Project Management)
·         Coordinating the Web development projects (starting 2 months)
·         Manage all aspects of daily operations after sales, use of resources and materials, and all administrative aspects.
·        Oversee productivity to identify areas that should be improved; design a plan for improvement and ensure process continues smoothly.
·        Gather operational information on a weekly basis, analysing it for insight and eventually compiling it into a report to be presented to board members.
·         Resolved issues within the department, avoiding conflict and developing excellent communication skills.

·         Supervision and management of projects in all phases from Script to Video Production.
·         Proofreading of Web and Video content
·         Department/Team Management and Supervision and performance evaluation
·         Analyzing, prioritization and assigning projects and providing project’s brief to the team.
·         Provide creatively guidance for projects where needed.
·         Quality Assurance
·         Client Communication (occasionally)
·         Final delivery of the videos and payment receiving.
