Work collaboratively with other program staff to ensure necessary program planning, development and management activities function smoothly and efficiently
Assist field staff with development, implementation and supervision of clinical trainings
Work collaboratively with field staff to ensure that resources for effective and timely program implementation are available
Participate in monitoring and evaluation of clinical activities
Oversee in-country clinical trainings and supervise clinical staff to ensure high quality of care and service delivery
Ensure timely, accurate and appropriate reporting of program activities and results to the donor
Contribute to the development of novel knowledge management and sharing tools and processes
