Maintain the order and cleanliness tasks performed are as follows.
v Maintained and cleaned the equipment and materials in good and clean condition.
v Empty wastebaskets daily.
v Prepared schedule for trash pick-up.
v Removed equipment boxes and shipping containers for storage or disposal, as directed.
Supported Administration & supply Chain tasks are as follows
v Maintained back-up supplies of water, as needed.
v Helped to prepare rooms for meetings and other activities, as assigned.
v Identified and reported maintenance concerns, including but not limited to problems with plumbing, light fixtures, windows, doors, and cleaning equipment etc.

v Photocopy, collate, sort and distribute documents to staff as requested.
v Helped and ensure that photocopy machines are maintained and used properly.
v Identified and reported maintenance problems and Kept photocopy machines stocked with paper and supplied with toner.
v Maintain stationery stocks and distribute stationery supplies, in keeping with IRC policies and procedures, as assigned.

v Prepared Lunch for staff on daily basis
v Prepared morning & evening tea on daily basis.
v Helped to serve tea and snacks for trainings, meetings & seminars.
