• Maintaining the ledger, sales, Sales Return, Journal voucher, Cash payment voucher, Cash received voucher, Employees payment voucher Bank payment voucher, Bank received voucher.
• Prepare sale invoices, return & transfers.
• Control Distribution & Finance in Oracle based software. (ORACLE).
• To design and develop different management Reports having analysis regarding Production, Costing, Inventory, Sales, Purchase and other Financial Data.
• Prepare monthly Payroll, control & manage staff advances & other benefits related to staff.
• Managed Weekly staff Meetings.
• Corresponding with customer and Staff.
• Internal Reporting & Managing day-to-day matters related with staff.
• Monitoring and checking of financial data maintained in the ledger
• Verification and approvals of all accounts transactions Journal Vouchers, Cash Receipts & Payments Voucher, Debit & Credit Note, Bank Receipts & Payments.
