I am currently heading the Human Resource and Administrative activities of Master Wind Energy Limited and directly reporting to CEO. As a Manager some of my core responsibilities in addition to what I am already performing are:
o Planning and devising a strategy for developing Managers.
o Managing the Administration, Human Resources and CSR Budget.
o Providing advice to Managers on organizational policy matters and recommend changes, if needed.
o Serving as a link between Management and Employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems to foster positive environment.
o Dealing with Labor law related matters by coordinating with company lawyers (if required) or Legal head of Master Group of industries.
o Quarterly visit at Master Wind Energy Limited Jhimpir, Thatta site in order to highlight any challenges and requirements raised by employees.
o Additionally, provided support in Plant ISO certification by liaising with the certification company for audit plan and other requirements.
o Also overseeing the CSR activities of Master Wind Energy Limited in coordination with CLO/HSE officer.
o Giving presentation to Lender’s and Board regarding CSR activities and Budget.
o Interviewing the local community people and listening to their concerns in order to take actions by discussing this with the Management.
Assist CEO in day to day operations Implement policies, procedures and ensure best practices are followed. Recruiting and Selection of new employees Working on a payroll
o Managing overall Training & Development functions for Central, North and Multan Region.
o Liaison with concerned segments for timely broadcast of training programs, nominations, registrations and confirmation for both in-house and external trainings.
o Maintain and update training record/ MIS of Silkbank Staff (FTE and Contractual) both for internal and external trainings and also ensure all entries are timely input into Harmony.
o Maintain MIS, update participants and facilitators feedback/ evaluations.
o Timely prepare, maintain and process all training payments/ expense.
o Conduct Market analysis; HR Policies, latest trends, job fairs, overview of programs; Sales Management, etc.
