Responsibilities & Authorities
1. Attend calls and register complaints
2. To Co-ordinate with his concerned service centers and resolve their issues.
3. Email Queries of Customer to Manager and Service Center In charge.
4. To prepare monthly incentive report of service centers staff.
5. To verify T-A/D-A claims of technician along with warranty cards.
6. To answer the customer queries.
7. Record keeping and filing.
8. Prepare different reports from software.
9. Follow up on pending complaints/delayed repair cases and ready for delivery units.
10. To call on Ready for delivery complaint and make Happy Calls.
11. To accept additional duties and other tasks in the area other than initially assigned
for reasons of flexibility and availability of work.
Visit to assign dealers.
Inventory update on showrooms.
Customer to guide new pacakges.
Sale renewal and new sale pitch.
Cash handling.
New sim sale and duplicate sim issue as per SOP.
Customer billing by cash , cheque and,card.
Deposit updates and new package installed on numbers.
Presentation of our advertising Banners.
And pitch new account opening..
