Sitara Hydrogen Peroxide Limited was commissioned and started its operations in 2006, and is the pioneer in hydrogen peroxide production in Pakistan using the Autoxidation Process (AO Process). The company is producing 50% by Wight hydrogen peroxide & is equipped with Distributed Control System of famous vendors like AdvanTrol SUPCON China & Emerson Delta V.
I started my career as Tr. Engineer Chemical in Sitara Hydrogen Peroxide and currently worked as

• Hydrogen Gas Reforming & Purification Unit (Steam Methane Reforming of Natural Gas)
The Units Includes Desulphurizer, Reformer, HTS and HPU
Production Capacity 1500 Nm3/hr Hydrogen Gas from Natural Gas
• Hydrogen Peroxide Production Unit (Autoxidation Process)
• Hydrogen Peroxide Concentration & Distillation Unit (Evaporation & Distillation Column)
Familiar with startup and shutdown, emergency handling procedures, safety management practices & Environmental regulations
• Responsible for continuously monitoring the Plant’s critical streams to ensure balanced operation rates and optimum operations
• Liaise between operations control rooms during sequential start-ups, shutdowns and emergencies.
Ensure clear guidelines are delivered to manage and reduce negative impact during interruptions or emergencies
• Monitor production processes and activities to ensure they are compliant with the EHS guidelines
• Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment to ensure quality production and productivity
• Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
