Perform all administrative and clerical duties.

Monitor cash flow and petty cash accounts.
Arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
In charge of purchasing monthly usage such as stationeries ,toner ,packing materials and pantry storages,
Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customer
Arranging both internal and external events
