*Recruitment, Selection & Documentation*
Develop and implement employee requisition form for all departments and ensuring all requisitions are submitted.
Responsible for recruitment & selection of employees through databank, internal referrals, jobs advertisement on the job portal websites and social media for creating a pool.
Also managing recruitment process of non-management staff and ensure that the candidates are hired as per given approval and requirement.
Performing initial screening / short listing of the resumes and to coordinate with the respective head of the department for further shortlisting.
Compiling shortlisted candidates and arranging their interviews with concerned departments.
Placing offer to selected candidates.
Process new employees through the company orientation program which includes company rules, regulation, culture etc.
Introducing newly hired employee to the company and to the concerned department through email.
Maintaining employee records in HRIS by posting all data.
Ensure proper documentation of newly hired employees.
Maintaining CV databank on daily basis in a system.
Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters.
Handling transfer and promotion cases.
Conducting an exit interview of parting employees.
*Monthly Reports & General Operations*
Preparing monthly statistical reports regarding headcount, leaves, turn over.
Preparing absenteeism and late arrival reports on daily basis and verifying them.
Compile and send daily attendance of staff to the concerned HOD.
Notify any irregular attendance to concerned staff and HOD.
Updating rosters weekly. TMS
Responsible to enrol/delete & update employee’s record on EOBI facilitation system.
Providing guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures to the employees.
Keeping past and current records of employees and continuously updating the same.
Verifying OT from software on daily basis.
Prepared organogram.
