Generating Consolidated Quarterly Stationary Demand of all APL locations.
Maintaining 3rd party attendance and leave record of all APL locations.
Record keeping/filing related to various Admin Heads.
Event management by Administration Department.
Maintaining record and arrangement of Staff Travel.
Routine Admin visit of different APL locations.
Assist Executive Admin in processing Overtime/Travelling/Messing expenses.
Assist Executive Admin in processing of Medical Billings.
Maintain and keep updated the stationary store.
Keep close coordination with different vendors.
Assist Executive Admin while generating Consolidated Quarterly Stationary Demand.
Assist Executive Admin in maintaining 3rd party attendance and leave record.
Record keeping/filing related to various Admin Heads.
Participate in event management by Administration Department.
Assist executive Admin in maintaining Staff Travel Data.
Routine Admin visit of different APLs locations.
Tackle routine Admin purchases from local market.
Act as replacement to the Junior Officer Admin during his absence.
Administration:
• Preparation of monthly report of district office.
• Arranging different official events.
• Keeping all the record of employee’s e.g. leave record etc.
• Maintaining vehicle log books.
Accounts:
• Bank reconciliation.
• Accounts payable & receivables.
• Managing MIS (Management Information System).
• Motor Claims Management.
• Interaction with the branches for processing of claim intimations.
• Coordination with the surveyors regarding the incident reports.
• Coordination with the motor workshops regarding the work requirement after the accidents.
• Interaction with the spare parts dealers to verify the prices. .
• Assessment of all kinds of losses e.g. Partial, Total, Theft etc.
• Entering the claims in Oracle data base.
• Interaction with the customers regarding the claims and payments.
• Handling Tracker Services.
