Implementation, management and operational support of large complex storage arrays and their related systems.
Implement and maintain complex enterprise Servers from HP to Huawei and OS.
Provision and allocate storage between storage arrays and server assets (Windows and Unix Based), assignment of RAID levels, LUN configurations and data migration.
Collaboration with other architecture and engineering teams (System Engineering, Database Administration, Network Services and Application Development), analyze and design enterprise storage systems, and servers used for Customer Data Management, high transaction database processing and storage. Implementation, documentation and maintenance of systems.
Working with other Information Technology staff, Project Management Office and business units gather, analyze and translate business requirements into a solution design for new installations or upgrades to existing platforms.
Serve as the technical engineer and lead on projects, including coordinating the installation, maintenance, repair and replacement of hardware and software with end users, vendors and Information Technology staff and vendors performing contracted work.
Provide technical leadership for Infrastructure projects, including switch upgrades and installations, disk consolidations, preventive maintenance during regularly scheduled maintenance windows in accordance with internal change management processes and procedures.
Management of all storage infrastructure software versions, installations, upgrades and patch installations.
Responsible for the development of documentation to perform tasks.
Planning and implementing fixes / Patches.
Escalation of Disk management task on production system from L0 team.
Complex Health Checking.
To able to perform in 24 x 7 Environment.
Create regular reports for Management requirements.
Problem determination and resolution within Expected time frame.
Perform Root Cause Analysis for the incidents.
Primary responsibility to provide installation, configuration, migration planning, maintenance, support, troubleshoot and optimization of all hardware / storage Servers and POS machines.
Pro-active meetings with existing customers on a regular basis and as a part of the project team to review service effectiveness, build the customer relationship, and probe for opportunities to expand the customer’s service.
Timely and thorough investigation and responses to customer problems and concerns.
2nd level support team responsible for providing 24x7 Server Hardware problem diagnosis and support.

Working experience in assessing business IT needs. Implementation and Supporting of Storage Area Networks (SAN) & Entry to High end level severs specialized in HP and maintaining contractual SLA’s.
Identifying requirements, defining solutions, performing proof of concepts, preparing economic proposals for customers.
