Officer Accounts - Payable and Reporting
Worked as Accounts Officer – Payable and Reporting, I was involved in the provision of various services including the following:
Processing and verification of Payable Invoices in Oracle – ERP Accounts Payable Module of goods and services received;
Preparation of corporate trade creditors, Import Bills Payable, Dividends, Advances and Deposit schedules for External Audit purposes and liaison with External Auditors;
Preparation of detailed Related Party Disclosures for Statutory Financial Reporting Purposes;
Monthly Reconciliation of Accounts Payable Ledger with General Ledger and creation of Exception Report;
Preparation of Quarterly Financial Performance Report of the Company for Board Review;
Preparation of Lease Amortization Schedule for Finance Lease Arrangements for Corporate Fixed Assets;
