Will report to Director Operations for smooth Operation.
Develop Security Policies and weekly operation meetings with staff.
Develop and Implement Security Policies protocols and procedures.
Overseeing all Administration formalities for the company.
Provide Staff Coordination Regarding Non Schedule
1-Responsible and prepare notice and advertisement for vacant staff positions.
2-Managing the personnel files records & provide staff orientation.
3-Responsible to office management and working Closely with Head Office.
4-Transport Management through airport to Hotel (Staff & Crew).
5-Dealing with recruitment and selection procedure of the new employees.
6-Manage and plan with concern HOD monthly staff trainings which arrange IATA & Airline.
7-Conduct reference checks on possible candidates.
8-Recruit and traind personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space.
9-To arrange Hotel / Air Ticketing / Rent-a-car booking for officers /Cockpit Crew / Cabin Crew / Executive s.
10- To manage the record of staff Annual Leaves/ Medical Leaves / Casual Leaves / Visa / Tickets.
11- To physically check employees on duty / over time.
12- Any other responsibility assigned by the Manager HR & Station Manager / Airport Manager.
