Employee relations: Help employees with questions or concerns about company policies, benefits, and procedures.
Payroll processing: Ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees and maintaining payroll records.
Onboarding and offboarding: Complete paperwork, go through orientation, and get settled into their new roles. Also help with offboarding tasks, such as conducting exit interviews and processing final paychecks.
