Primarily responsible to design and provide customized IT Solutions (Enterprise and access networks, security and surveillance, and video conferencing)
Planning, Designing, configuration, and deployment of the ICT and network solution.
Configuration of access points, WLC’s, Firewalls, Switches, Routers, and surveillance systems.
Deployment and configuration of projects and their timely completion.
Supervision of the field teams for timely completion of the projects

-Configurations of IT equipment i.e AP, switches and routers, IP phones. - Designing, commissioning, and deployment of projects ( IT and networks) - Supervision of team in the deployment of projects. - Coordination with clients for initial requirements gathering and proposal sharing. - Level 2 support for SLA customers. - Experience in surveillance systems i.e IP cameras and NVR

-IT help desk, IT network support
-Management of email and website.
-Configuration of AP, switches and routers.
- Day to day user support

-Responsible for day to day IT support and IT help desk related task.
