Supervised and managed the technician\'s to facilitated daily service operations to drive business growth. Completed customer orders and warranty services according to manufacturer specifications. Established and optimized schedules to keep coverage and service in line with forecasted demands.
Production Engineer Internee
Worked on the project of Calculating the Cooling Tower Efficiency. Determined the inlet and outlet water temperatures with the help of Infrared thermometer for Press Shop , Welding Shop and Paint Shop and then calculated the Efficiency of Cooling Tower using heat Transfer Equations.
Studied basic Quality Tools like Flow charts, Pareto Diagrams, Control Charts, Fish Bone Diagram and FMEA Charts for tracking the results to maintain and enforce Total Quality Management (TQM).
Worked in Teams to understand the day to day production schedules with close monitoring on Sheet Metal and Machining Operations.
