• Identification of potential areas in arid/semi-arid zone in FATA
• Identification of potential farmers, collection of GPS coordinates/polygons of the orchards

• Assessing the quality of work being performed by COMNet and Health staff
• Effectiveness of capacity building interventions for COMNet and COMNet facilitated trainings of vaccination teams and polio workers
• Sharing the issues and progress with head office and in the review meetings

• Adhere to the timelines set forth in the work plan
• Organize advocacy events/public events i.e. seminars, dialogues/forums with candidate, press conferences, stalls etc. as per work
• Organize all field activities including corner meetings, trainings and dissemination of IEC materials.
• Lead teams of youth volunteers and undertake households visits with their support.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all activities undertaken including reports, attendance sheets, photographs etc. and submit to the team leader in time.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders as required for undertaking the planned activities.
• Ensure wide coverage and visibility of the project activities and perform any other task(s) as assigned.
• Demonstrate high level of professionalism and comply with the organizational policies.

• Mapping of influential and prominent Ulama and Maliks in Target Areas of Orakzia Agency
• Agency and Union council level gathering sand monthly meetings with community group members
• Discussion about EPI/PEI in Friday sermons, Contacting Ulama on daily bases and mosque announcement about vaccination campaign and Polio campaigns in target UCs
• Convincing of anti-EPI/PEI factors through Ulama
• Facilitate access to reach and vaccinate children in the inaccessible areas.
• Monitoring the campaign preparation and implementation process.
