·        Projects involves construction of fountains, Parks, Jogging Tracks, Pole Lights and Up lights installations within Abu Dhabi City.
·        Checking all the MEP works at site and respond to the Contractor’s Work Inspection Requests.
·        Inspecting/Witnessing Testing & Commissioning of all MEP systems, also Factory Acceptance Tests of all Electrical Panels.
·        Issuing NCR’s & SORs to contractor if required
·        Responds to Contractor’s RFIs, Material Inspection Requests, Cost Variations and keep record
·        Reviewing Shop Drawings, Method Statements and Material Submittals submitted by Contractor from Technical as well as financial point of view.
·        Identify potential Safety concerns and inform to HSE Engineer
·        Checking quotations/Invoices sent by Contactors and discussing with Resident Engineer
·        Attending meetings with Client and Contractors.

·        Frequent site visits and complete supervision of electrical works at site.

·        Responsible for all the electrical work in the hotel, new installation or the maintenance or modification of existing one.
·        Reporting to Director of Engineering and managing team of technicians and supervisor and ensuring all staff used on maintenance services are competent for the specific tasks
·        Coordinating with vendors and Prepare and obtain Work Orders and make sure no power interruption or fire alarm are generated except planned one. Submitting report to Director of Engineering of vendor’s visit
·        Weekly PPM (Plan Preventive Maintenance) of all the Generators of FG Wilson(1700 KVA * 3), DB’s and SMDB’s and
install new (If required) (Cold & Live Test) and preparing reports and sheets
·        Create maintenance SOP’s and schedule for all machines and modification activities in existing design and assign them to work force
·        PPE (Personal Protective Equipment’s) and make sure work is being done in safe practice
·        Maintain on-going list of electrical services defects for contractor’s remedial action
·        Maintain electrical inventory checklist and oversee and estimate project requirements
·        Working closely with Mechanical team (Plant room Operations) for smooth operation of pumps, motors and their control panels.
