Executive Sales (June 2017 to date)
• Management of stock distribution
• Reporting to RSM sales functions like retail sales, booking & delivery
• Managing Delivery/allocations in SAP
• Booking of dealer orders in SAP
• Reporting to support sales functions like delivery reports color wise model wise on a daily basis
• Run various reports to support the sales team (Booking, Delivery, and Pending)
• Management of lost or missing authority letters of customers
• Coordination with Sales department reps during their market visits
• Coordinating for allocation, delivery, authority letters, and data extraction
• Dealer and customer queries.
• Managing Govt., C.S.D, Banks and Private Organizations sales
• Management of Corporate Sales data (Booking, Delivery, and Pending)
• Develop and maintain high level of communication with customer for Quotations & Purchase Orders
• Develop firm relationships to increase communication and productivity
