Prepare outstation Mazdas freight voucher as per verified planned & freight Weekly basis.
Prepare Local bilty freight voucher on daily basis as per verified plan &freight On weekly basis.
Checking of Deliveries out of city & Lahore city against daily dispatch plan, sales orders, without SO, bilty etc. and forward it to Accounts Department.
Preparing, Handling & Assisting in Logistics documentation.
Smooth Communication to the Audit & Sale department in the behalf of SO regularly.
Maintain Physical condition of warehouse.
Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on per level or needs.
