Currently working as Supervisor and looking after the SHELL Pakistan project. Shell Pakistan started a comprehensive training program to bring change in lives of Service Champions (Retail site staff) across Pakistan for which they engaged CHIP TRAINING & CONSULTING in non-metro cities.
Responsibilities:

Build and oversee monitoring mechanisms of different types of projects.
Compile reports of safety programs implemented in assigned regions.
Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
Establish a cordial and professional relationship with employees.
Maintain compliance with all safety regulations.
Maintain relations with stakeholders and retailers of assigned sites.
Document staff information, minutes of meetings and reports compiled for management.

• Organize sessions and campaigns to create awareness by using participatory approaches in the community about MdM services.
• Mobilize communities for improved awareness of healthy Practices, Reproductive health issues and enhanced demand for access to quality services.
• Supervise and organize the Male, and female Support groups in the field to advocate for improved health services delivery.
• Develop a coordination & assistance link between the community and Family Welfare Centers.
• Participate in gathering data during needs assessments, baseline surveys and other assessments related to the area of intervention.
• Established a referral system from the community level towards family welfare centres (FWC) and Family Welfare Clinics (FWC).
• Organize campaigns e.g. Week’s celebrations on Family planning, mother and child health care, breastfeeding, Population Day, International Women\'s day, Human Rights Day etc.
• Develop and build up sound relationships and coordination among community stakeholders, district-level government, CSOs and MdM.
• Organize trainings and build the capacity of community and Support Group members attached to each health centre.
• Properly coding of awareness sessions templets for record keeping and Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on standard, monthly reporting formats.

SABAWON started Poverty Alleviation through Community Development PACD Project in district Jhang Punjab with financial support of European Commission Delegation to Pakistan & Integrated Regional Support Program (IRSP).
Responsibilities:
Improving local capacity (District and Provincial) for planning and managing service-delivery;
Increasing the skills, abilities and opportunities of vulnerable communities to participate in local planning and decision making;
Enabling vulnerable groups to engage in sustainable local economic development initiatives;
Ensuring policy makers and development partners are aware of the practices and lessons learned generated by the program.

- Develop and schedule program work plan in accordance with specifications and funding limitations; oversees daily operations and coordinates activities of program; determines priorities.
- Monitor and approve program expenditures ensuring that budget allocations are not overspent.
- Coordinate activities of program with inter-related activities of other programs, departments or staff to ensure optimum efficiency and compliance with appropriate policies, procedures and specifications.
