I am a professional with more than 18 years of experience in various capacities with national and international organizations like NCHD, FRDP, FSD, WFP-BEST, CAMP, PRC, HANDS and SRSP IRM-PRP and TCP. During my professional career I have got considerable experience in social mobilization, community development, planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting and office administration. Throughout my career I have served on responsible positions and have supervised staff in an efficient manner and this has led to the successful implementation of those projects aiming at achieving the goals of the organization to the best satisfaction of my superiors. Keeping in view my experience and exposure I am striving to offer my services in any national or international organization where I can further enhance my professional experience and serve the neglected and marginalized communities in a different capacity. My current job is having the same nature where I am overall responsible for the running of the office and supervising almost 22 staff members to alleviate the sufferings of the neglected and marginalized communities
Develop and maintain strong coordination with key stakeholders in the agency e.g. agency administration, education department, and other line departments for successful and sustainable implementation of projects initiatives.
Manage in-service professional development activities in the agency (that include face-to-face trainings, follow-ups and roll out of TIG activities).
Ensure administrative and logistic support required to implement program activities in the agency.
Lead agency based staff in detailed weekly/monthly planning including field travels/school visits while adhering to quarterly/annual/ LoP work plan targets and indicators.
Participate in the recruitment of School Support Associate/Reading Quality Associates and other agency staff as per HR recruitment policies and guidelines
