• Fabrication & Installation of Trash rack, stop logs, slide gate, Intake coarse Trash rack, Stop log panels, Intake fine trash rack panels, Intake Stop log panels, Guard gate etc.
• Procurement & installation of 20 Ton Gantry Crane at top of Intake Tower,
• Installation of lifting beams,
• Fabrication of Bell mouth Transition, Intake Transition, Steel pipe 2m dia & 133m long (in 6m [pieces), Wye bifurcation,
• Procurement of butterfly valves 1.5m dia (hydraulic actuation & bypass system), Radial gate, etc.
• Fabrication & Installation of Penstock, hollow jets, irrigation valves,
• Welding, painting & testing all works as per design, codes and specifications,
• Assisting the Procurement manager and the mechanical supervisor in the technical procurement of heavy earth moving machinery & plants and the installation of the plants (Asphalt Plant, Concrete Plant, Crush Plant) at the site camp,

In the Capacity of Project Planning and Scheduling;
• Deeply analyze project scope, budget and work statements,
• Prepare Work Break down Structure or Work Package for the entire Project from higher hierarchy level to the sub project level and down to the activities/Tasks level,
• Under the WBS prepare a list of single activities/tasks and sub tasks,
• Prepare a network diagram and dependencies among the WBS & their respective activities,
• Calculate the time and budget of each activity and allocate the required type of resource (equipment, labor, material),
• Able to find the longest path or critical path and hence the critical activities of the Project,
• Able to make as soon as possible vs as late as possible schedule for the project,
• Preparation and submission of quarterly and annual budget plan,

• Practically working on a Design Build Project under the FIDIC form of Contract,

• Practically understanding the Lithium Bromide Vapor Absorption system;
• Studying its parts and the way it operates;
• Helping the Technician and Workers in the Running Maintenance of the Air Conditioning Plant;
• Annual Shutdown and complete maintenance of the plant in the month of October;
• Studying the Load Calculation, Duct Sizing using suitable CFM, and hence suitable AC Plant for a building, both by manual method and also by using software for HVAC Design, such as Elite and Carrier E20-II.

• Studying in Oil Field, the general equipment such as dehydration plant, pressure vessels, chillers, separators, compressors, pumps, oil storage tanks, instrumentation, piping ,valves etc. used in the oil field for processing the well stream into oil , gas and water along with sand and rock particles through the whole plant;
• Designing the Pipeline in two stages i.e. from well stream to separator and then from separator to manifold;
• In pipeline designing, I designed its Diameter, Thickness, weight per foot, sag between two supports, from available data of the well given from geological survey;
• Similarly designing the Separator, which is separating the well stream into oil, gas and water, the major components. I found its length, thickness, diameter from the available data using complicated formulae.
