General Coordination for Traveling & Stationing of Board of Directors of the Company (Usually Directors of of the Banks along-with CEO of Agritech Ltd.), was also responsible to prepare Agenda Items with enclosures / annexures for BOD and Company Executives, was also responsible to book hotel rooms, air tickets and executive vehicles for swift mobility of the BOD members and Company Executives. Processing / verification of service / facility Bills. Also assisted official / persnal matters of worthy CEO in a capacity of Executive Secretary.
Worked in Human Resource, Quality Assurance, Expense Review & Special Assets Management Department(s) while assisting Group Heads of the respective areas.
Key Responsibilities have been Coordination (HR & Administration) at departmental level.
I have been responsible for arrangement of Travel, Hotel Bookings, Printing & Stationary Handling, Contract Handling of variant facilities, Asset Maintenance, Meetings, Event Managements, Web Portal Affairs, Recruitment & Selection, Budgeting and Payroll Management, Expense Review & Cost Cutting Measures, Staff Training & Workshops, Surveys Record Handling, Third Party Staff Resource Management, Vehicle Pool and Staff Matters etc.
• Recruitment & Selection, Attendance & Leave Management of the Staff.
• Travel arrangements, Event management, Meeting arrangements,
• Attendance, Transport, Security, Executive & Labour Cafeteria Services & House Keeping
• Protocol and Fool Proof Security of Foreign Delegations towards the Company.
• Award of service contracts at Site Works i.e. Dispensary, Cafeteria, Gym etc.
• Contract handling of Pool Car / Staff Vehicles with third party on behalf of the company.
• Dealing with external clients like NHA, LESCO, and SNGPL for award of NOCs required for various projects assigned in the Company.
• Supervision of Document Control of the entire projects held within the Company.
