Maintain leaves & attendance of entire staff through ORACLE
Issued letters (Appointment letter, Show cause , warning, termination, layoff and promotion)

Work on employee clearness documentation & generate final settlement on ORACLE
Create salary of all staff on ORACLE
Responsible for day to day management of HR operations
Resolve corporate and campuses employees queries
Liaison with Insurance Company for Medical cases, addition, deletion and renewal of medical cards
